What we collect

NE AI Lab is an AI consulting business based in New England, USA. On this website we collect only what you choose to give us: if you contact us by phone, email, or our contact form, we receive the information you provide (name, business name, contact details, and what you tell us about your business). We do not run advertising, sell data, or use tracking cookies on this site.

Client portals

Clients receive a private, password-protected portal containing their engagement deliverables. Portal access is logged (time and pages viewed) so we can support our clients. Portal content is confidential to the client it was prepared for and is never shared or sold.

How we use information

We use contact information to respond to inquiries and run client engagements — nothing else. We retain engagement records for the duration of the client relationship and reasonable business archival periods, and delete them on request where no legal obligation requires retention.

Third parties

This site is served via Cloudflare (network and security). Fonts load from Google Fonts. We do not embed analytics or advertising trackers.
